Service Scope

MakeYourFolio sells one-time website delivery services for finance professionals in transition. The two currently offered tiers are Deploy ($147) and Deploy + 1 revision ($347).

A preview may be shown before payment, but paid work begins only after checkout and may include claim completion, domain coordination, deployment work, and one bounded revision for the higher tier.

Intellectual Property

Unless otherwise stated, the site design, copy, workflow, and related materials on this site belong to MakeYourFolio or are used under the applicable license terms of our upstream template and asset providers.

You may not republish or commercially exploit site materials without permission, except for any final files expressly delivered to you as part of a completed customer handoff.

Payments, Revisions, and Delivery

Payments are processed through third-party providers. The $347 tier includes one revision round limited to text, photo, or a single palette adjustment within the stated revision window after delivery.

Template changes, structural redesigns, or new custom sections are outside the included revision scope unless separately agreed.

Disclaimers and Liability

The public site is provided on an as-is and as-available basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, specific business outcomes, or that a draft, preview, or delivered site will produce any particular conversion result.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from use of the site or service.

Third-Party Services

Our service depends on third-party providers for hosting, email, payments, DNS, and domain registration. We are not responsible for outages, policy changes, or actions taken by those providers outside our control.
