Because our service is personalized and a draft is visible before purchase, each order is treated as a custom digital service rather than a returnable physical product.

Refund eligibility depends on how much work has already started and whether third-party costs such as domain registration or deployment have already been incurred on your behalf.

Before Domain or Deployment Work Begins

If you purchased and then changed your mind before completing the claim flow and before any domain registration, deployment work, or individualized post-purchase production has started, contact us promptly at hello@makeyourfolio.com.

We may approve a full or partial cancellation at our discretion in that narrow window.

After Work Has Started

Once domain registration, deployment preparation, or other individualized fulfillment work begins, the order becomes non-refundable except where required by law.

Any third-party registration or infrastructure fees already incurred for your order are non-refundable.

Deploy + 1 Revision Tier

The $347 tier includes one revision round after delivery, limited to text, photo, or a single palette adjustment within the stated revision window.

That included revision is the remedy for normal post-delivery adjustment requests and is not itself a basis for a refund if the service scope was delivered as described.

Chargebacks and Support

If you believe you were charged incorrectly or have a fulfillment concern, contact us first at hello@makeyourfolio.com so we can review the timeline and resolve the issue directly.

We reserve the right to contest chargebacks where records show the purchased service was delivered or fulfillment had materially started.
